Number Day 2026🧮
In Reception, in PE today, we had a number day theme. We warmed up then played a game of Number Stations. We also played a game where we had to get into groups of 2, 3, 4 or 5 when the music stopped. This was quite tricky at first as we just wanted to be with our special friends but we soon realised it was best just to group with those closest to us. In the classroom we built on our numberblocks learning and completed a number of different activities including ordering numbers, forming our numbers, and recognizing qualities. We also sorted objects by size, shape and colour.
