Remote Learning at home
Welcome to our Remote learning area
Every child can access their home learning through this page using Microsoft Teams. If you have any queries please contact your class teacher. As a school we use Microsoft Teams for children to access learning whilst working remotely at home.

Our Hugo Meynell 'Code of Conduct' sets out our school expectations of pupils, parents and staff when home learning.
What is Microsoft Teams?
Microsoft Teams is a secure digital platform that enables teachers to both set and mark work, as well as communicate with their class remotely. Children in Years 1 to 6 will be able to access the platform by logging in with their unique username and password.
On Teams, children can access support from their class teacher. In this safe and secure environment, teachers will upload pre-recorded lessons, set learning activities and give feedback directly to the pupils.
At our school
Children in Nursery and Reception will access their Remote leaning via their well-established tool ‘Tapestry’. Staff will communicate and provide learning stimulus and activities via this platform and ask parents to load pictures, videos of their children completing their daily tasks/activities.
The Microsoft Teams for remote learning will be used by Year 1 to 6 as their primary remote learning resource. Click on the 'Teams' icon below to begin and log in:
For a video on how to sign in please click on the video icon below, or to read the guidance click on the document icon below. Both will give you a step by step run down about Teams and how this can be accessed.
Please email the class teachers if there are any issues logging in or queries regarding remote learning.
